About the job:
- We're RevOps+HubSpot Diamond partner consultants, helping companies utilize HubSpot to streamline and help their sales/marketing/business teams function at scale.
- We grew from 2 people in Jan 2021 to a team of 85 people as of today.
- We're bootstrapped yet sustainable, with our goals highly focused on revenue-enablement activities for our customers.
- We work with HubSpot and Salesforce customers to help them make the most out of their instances by streamlining marketing, sales, services, CS processes & reporting.
- We own the system so that you get to think about what your business needs next.
- We're looking for a talented Demand Generation Specialist to join our team and help scale our services to achieve our aim.
- You'll be working with the US-based market, typically with personas like CMOs / VP Sales / CEOs and the like, helping them utilise HubSpot as a revenue enablement factory.
- This will be a client-facing role, and day-to-day would look like working as a GTM expert, helping them find hidden demand in the existing revenue stack, or launch motions to generate net new inbound/outbound led-demand motions that directly correlates to impact on pipeline.
Here's what the role will look like:
- Client discovery: The role is to lead discovery with customers to understand their marketing & CRM issues.
- Project management: Work on creating project plans, allocating resources, managing timelines
- Team management: Manage a team of 2+ people - bandwidths, resource allocation, team mentoring to enhance team efficiency and quality of work will be additionally beneficial for us
- Build client relationships: Deliver strategic outcomes + results and build relationships to reduce churn & increase LTV by selling other services
- Innovation & upskilling: Adapting to industry trends, tools, and techniques, and implementing innovative solutions with the team.
- Analytics and Optimization: Tracking and analyzing campaign metrics (CTR, CPL, ROI, etc.) & identifying areas for improvement; Optimizing strategies to consistently meet or exceed lead generation and revenue targets.
- This is both a strategic + operator-led role. (We get that it may look like a lot of work, and in all honesty, it could be a lot of work, but we're very open to building great teams - if you think you need someone, we'll hire them for you so that YOU can scale)
- If this sounds exciting, here's the persona that usually works out for us:
- Someone who has previously worked in an agency, and preferably in B2B market;
- Someone who has a minimum of 3 years of experience, with 2+ years of experience primarily in digital marketing;
- Someone who has had the opportunity to manage a team of at least 2 individuals;
- Someone who has seen & been a part of 0>1 & probably even 1>10 journey of a company or a specific GTM motion;
- Someone who has a T-shape - with depth preferred in paid and/or cold outreach OR even driving sales-led motions with a team of SDRs / AEs previously;
- Someone who has a muscle of being driven by data, building hypotheses, tests and scale.
What makes you NOT a fit is if:
- You've never worked on launching a new product or a service offering from scratch;
- You've never been measured upon marketing-attributed or influenced revenue as a KPI;
- You've never worked on optimizing conversion rates across the buyer journey which is primarily the Lead >> SAL >> Opp >> Customer journey;
- You've been an Independent contributor and/or not been client facing.
- If you're a results-driven professional with expertise in client handling, team management and have used CRMs like HubSpot, or Salesforce to measure your performance, this will be a great fit
