Tracxn - Senior Technical Program Manager - Product (5 - 7 years)

About the Role:

We seek an experienced, highly motivated, and self-driven professional to join our team. As a Senior Technical Program Manager, you will lead the automation and data production initiatives and focus on automating new data point additions using Large Language Models (LLM). You will drive and implement strategies that optimize data production, streamline automation processes, and improve overall operational performance.

Key Responsibilities:

• Data Production Management:
• Lead the data production initiative, focusing on extracting and structuring data from various unstructured data sources using Large Language Models (LLMs).
• Define goals and strategic direction for your departments, ensuring alignment with Tracxns overall objectives.
• Lead the data production teams to Identify and extract various details like company data points including but not limited to company name, location, founder details, key customers, sector and other associated data points like funding details, investor details, acquisitions, and IPOs, from different sources, and automatically populate this information into our databases
• Set up monitoring protocols and design MIS reports to ensure all systems are running smoothly.
• Automation & Process Leadership
• Manage a team of automation engineers by defining and implementing KPIs, planning and assigning tasks, and conducting performance evaluations.
• Should be able to do code reviews and propose changes/improvements if required to help improve the team.
• Actively seek new ideas to streamline processes, reduce inefficiencies, and drive projects to make these improvements
• Take end-to-end ownership of project delivery and ensure quality and timely deliveries. Ensure proper documentation of projects
• Establish, track, and analyze key performance indicators (KPIs) to monitor and improve overall project and team progress.

Requirements

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 5 to 7 years of relevant work experience
• Strong technical and problem-solving skills.
• Hands-on technical leader with a strong focus on getting things done and a keen interest in technical projects. Having experience in coding is a plus.
• Understanding of Large Language Models (LLMs) and their application in data production.
• Ability to make decisions based on sound logical arguments. Seek continuous feedback to deliver the most optimal solutions
