Tracxn - Technical Program Manager - API Product (2-5 yrs)

About the Role :

Tracxn collaborates with top-tier clients across 30+ geographies to provide cutting-edge research and deal-sourcing solutions that drive their investment decisions and strategic growth. As a Technical Program Manager at Tracxn, you will be a key member of our dynamic API product team, focusing on providing solutions for clients who wish to integrate Tracxn APIs into their systems. You will also be responsible to create and manage collateral and data necessary for lead nurturing and conversion. You will play a crucial role in managing and executing programs, solving complex problems, implementing and improving processes, and tracking performance metrics.

Key Responsibilities :

- Lead Nurturing and Conversion

- Assist clients in integrating Tracxn APIs into their systems.

- Provide technical guidance and support to ensure seamless integration.

- Create and manage technical documentation and collateral required for client onboarding and integration processes.

- Build and maintain collateral and data necessary for lead nurturing and conversion.

- Work closely with the Business Development and Customer Success team to provide the required support for lead generation and client engagement.

- Project Execution and Delivery

- Take complete ownership of the design and implementation processes for your program.

- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand project requirements and objectives.

- Identify gaps and areas for improvement, providing effective solutions.

- Break down solutions into actionable projects and tasks.

- Monitor progress, set up monitoring protocols, and design MIS reports.

- Proactively monitor the progress of the processes implemented using the designed MISes.

Requirements :

- Bachelor's degree in Engineering with 2 to 5 years of relevant work experience.

- Strong technical and problem-solving skills.

- Familiarity with API protocols is crucial.

- Experience with using APIs for data extraction and integration is a plus

- High intent on getting things done with a technical bent of mind and a keen interest in technical projects.

- Strong commitment to improving processes and achieving excellence.

- Strong team player with the ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.

- Ability to make decisions based on sound logical arguments and seek continuous feedback to deliver optimal solutions.
