Key Responsibilities
- Allocate daily assignments to Support Executives.
- Maintain ongoing communication with customers throughout project lifecycles.
- Act as a liaison between customers and the Support team.
- Negotiate and resolve client issues effectively.

- Handle and resolve technical issues promptly.
Qualifications
- Bachelor s degree (B.Tech preferred).
- Proficient in English communication (written and spoken).
Preferred Experience:
- Hands-on experience with PLC, Modbus Communication, and TCP/IP Protocol.
- Expertise in Zero Export and DG Synchronization functionalities.
- Extensive customer support experience.
- Familiarity with data logger functionality and RS485/TCP-IP Protocol.
Soft Skills
- Strong interpersonal communication skills.
- Ability to manage teams effectively and provide leadership.
