Freelance Network Support Engineer

We are looking for a Network Support Engineer to join our IT team. You will be responsible for maintaining and troubleshooting our network systems, ensuring everything runs smoothly, and providing support for network-related issues.

• Network Troubleshooting: Resolve network issues related to connectivity, performance, and hardware.
• Network Maintenance: Assist in the setup and maintenance of network devices like routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Monitoring: Monitor the network for performance issues and address them promptly.
• Documentation: Maintain network documentation, including diagrams and configuration files.
• Support: Provide support for users experiencing network-related problems.

• Knowledge of network protocols (TCP/IP, DNS, DHCP).
• Experience with routers, switches, and firewalls.
• Strong problem-solving and troubleshooting skills.
• Basic knowledge of network monitoring tools.
• Good communication and teamwork skills.

• Basic certifications like CCNA or CompTIA Network+ (or similar).
