TQuanta Technologies - Mainframe Tester - Selenium/Appium (6-12 yrs)

Job Description :

- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field (or equivalent work experience).

- Proven experience (3+ years) in automation testing, including writing, executing, and maintaining automated test scripts.

- Solid experience with test automation tools such as Selenium, Appium, JUnit, TestNG, or similar.

- Experience with API testing using tools like Postman, RestAssured, or SoapUI.

- Knowledge of version control systems like Git and familiarity with CI/CD tools like Jenkins, GitLab, or Azure DevOps.

- Strong understanding of software development life cycle (SDLC), agile methodologies, and test strategies.

- Proficiency in programming languages like Java, Python, or JavaScript for writing automation scripts.

- Ability to debug and troubleshoot issues effectively.

- Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, with the ability to explain complex technical issues clearly to non-technical stakeholders.

- Detail-oriented and a problem solver with a passion for delivering high-quality software.

Preferred Skills :

- Experience with performance testing and tools like JMeter or LoadRunner.

- Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS or Azure.

- Familiarity with Docker and containerized environments for test execution.

- Knowledge of Agile methodologies and working in a Scrum environment
