About the job:
The ideal candidate will prospect and close sales leads to help generate revenue for the company.
They will also be responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating the sales strategy.
They will have strong management and coaching skills to support the learning and development of the sales team.
Responsibilities:
- Support the learning and development of the sales team for FTL Business.
- Responsible to make planning & strategies for new business development & implement with the help of Sales Team for the entire Region.
- Responsible for Lead Generation for FTL Segment, Business Development Process which includes Client Acquisition & Client Retention.
- Coordinate with sales representatives to generate and meet with prospective leads
- Track and report all sales activities
- Conducting detailed market research to analyze current market trends & tracking the competitor's activities to implement best marketing strategies.
- Co-ordination with Operation Team for offering best services to clients.

- Develop and execute sales strategy through market analysis
Qualifications:
- Experience managing sales teams
- Experience generate and maintaining relationships with sales leads
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills
