About the role

Were looking for a Procurement Associate to join our team TMS team in Gurugram, India. In this role, youll play a key part in supporting our European Procurement Team and managing our supplier base. Youll be the go-to person for keeping our procurement activities on track and making sure everything runs smoothly.

Some daily responsibilities will include-

• Own the supplier onboarding process, ensuring everythings documented, compliant, and running on time.
• Be the point of contact for suppliers, helping with queries and keeping vendor information updated.
• Manage procurement data in SAP, run reports, and ensure accuracy.
• Handle operational queries for both new and existing materials, ensuring timely and accurate updates.
• Send out RFQs, chase quotes, and draft analyses for the European Procurement Team.
• Support the team by following up with suppliers to confirm forecasts, service continuity, or other KPIs.
• Stay proactive in supporting procurement activities, especially related to packaging and POS materials, which is highly desirable for this role.

About you

You’re organised, proactive, and love keeping things running smoothly. You’ve got experience in sourcing, procurement, or vendor management and are comfortable handling data and systems like SAP and Excel. You’re a great communicator who can work well with suppliers and internal teams, solving problems and keeping everything on track.
