We are seeking detail-oriented and organized Business Analysts to join our team to work remotely. The ideal candidate will work closely with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document business requirements, ensuring smooth project execution. This role is crucial in translating complex business needs into actionable deliverables for our development team.

The following are some of the responsibilities for this position:

• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather, analyze and document requirements.
• Translate verbal and written requirements into well-structured, actionable tickets.
• Ensure all tickets include detailed acceptance criteria, user stories and are broken down into manageable tasks.
• Maintain a high level of organization and attention to detail when documenting requirements and managing tasks.
• Act as a liaison between stakeholders and the development team to ensure clarity and alignment.
• Create and maintain project documentation, including Business Requirement Documents (BRDs), Functional Specification Documents (FSDs), and workflows.
• Continuously refine and improve documentation processes to streamline the workflow.
• Construct workflow charts and diagrams, writing specifications.

• Minimum of 1 year of experience in a Business Analyst role.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Exceptional organizational skills with attention to detail.
• Proficiency in ticketing tools like ClickUp or similar platforms.
• Knowledge of software development lifecycle.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple tasks effectively.
• Knowledge of the SaaS industry or technical background is an advantage.
• Ability to translate complex requirements into actionable tickets with clear criteria.
• Must have a fun, easy-going and confident personality and can think on their feet.
• Ready to work from 3:00 PM to 12:00 AM IST shift.
