Security Officer

Company Overview:

Toshali Resorts International is - (A division of TK International Limited), The company is having two prestigious owned properties at Puri ( Toshali Sands) & Shimla (Toshali Royal View).

The Company is looking for professionals having appropriate qualifications and are ready to undertake following responsibility.

Key Responsibilities:

• Access Control: Monitor entry and exit points, verify identification, and control access to restricted areas.
• Surveillance: Utilize CCTV cameras and other surveillance systems to monitor activities and identify potential threats.
• Patrols: Conduct regular patrols of the premises to deter crime, identify hazards, and ensure compliance with security procedures.
• Incident Response: Respond promptly to alarms, disturbances, and emergencies, taking appropriate action to mitigate risks.
• Investigations: Investigate security breaches, thefts, and other incidents, gathering evidence and preparing reports.
• Report Writing: Document security activities, incidents, and observations in detailed reports.
• First Aid: Administer basic first aid to injured individuals in case of emergencies.
• Customer Service: Interact with visitors, employees, and tenants in a professional and courteous manner.
• Emergency Procedures: Follow emergency procedures, such as fire drills and evacuation plans.

Education: Graduate

Experience:

• Prior experience in security or law enforcement (preferred)
• Physical fitness and ability to perform duties under stress
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Attention to detail and observation skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Additional Skills:

• Knowledge of first aid and CPR
• Proficiency in surveillance equipment operation
• Familiarity with security protocols and procedures
• Ability to de-escalate conflicts and handle difficult situations

Working Conditions:

• Shift work, including nights, weekends, and holidays
• Exposure to various weather conditions
• Physically demanding role, requiring standing, walking, and lifting
