Team Member - Loss Prevention

To protect the assets (cash, product & equipment) of DDFS from theft or wilful damage, by customers, staff, or others by using security equipment, general observation and combining the effort and input from Stock Control and Retail team.

Role & responsibilities

• Protect and safeguard DDFS stock, cash, equipment, utilities, and assets
• Maintain customer service standards
• Patrol shop floor which will deter shop lifting by paying attention to staff/ customer that causes suspicion
• Check and observe cash points for any breach of SOP
• Maintain and secure cash/ stock movement
• Be alert and report any breach of DDFS security procedures
• Conduct regular and random frisking of DDFS staff
• Inform Team Leader Loss Prevention regarding breakage/ damage on shop floor
• Ensure location is manned as per instructions
• Maintain highest level of confidentiality
