Security Officer - Wave Mall Ludhiana

Role & responsibilities

• Maintain an active network of public and private professionals to introduce and provide guidance to property teams and tenant groups.
• Participate in the exercise of all property teams relating to emergency preparedness and its corporate business continuity plan.
• Maintaining Relationships with Local Police relevant Authorities etc.
• Completely responsible for doing proper planning in order to maximize the parking revenue. Making proper space allocation so that a large number of cars can be adjusted in the parking space. Ensuring good Parking Signages & marking of Spaces.
• Reviews all system-related security plans throughout the organizations. Ensure that the fire system and alarms are always in working condition. Conducting mock drills including fire, bomb and terrorists' attacks.
• Responsible for proper training of employees regarding the security activities and behavioral skills. Courtesy and Congeniality of Valet Parking Staff.
• Handling Lost & Found in Mall Premises. Responsible for the Security of Mall Property, staff Customers, Tenants & their belongings. Smooth Handling of VIP Security on Special Events.
• In case of any natural disaster or mishap or any threat, person should be capable and proactive enough to evacuate the premises smoothly with minimum chaos & confusion.

Preferred candidate profile

• 05+ years exp in Security profile in Malls/Hospitality/Hotel Industry.
