Assistant Manager

Objective

• Develop strategies & implements plans to grow wires and FMEG categories from ground-up, drive sales across B2B & B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires & FMEG business

Key responsibilities

• Overall
• Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography
• Responsible for driving market programs - trade schemes, influencer engagement, etc.; and market shares
• Appointing the Distributors, and Sub Dealers/Retailers under Distributors
• Responsible for ensuring trade discipline , mix delivery and distribution metrics
• Lead territory teams and ensure market discipline, coverage norms and administration
• Build steadfast relationships with trade , influencers , contractors, channel partners ensuring market discipline, coverage norms and administration
• Coordinate with various stakeholders in supply chain and manage sales logistics
• Monitor attrition and support in recruitment of Territory Managers (TM)

Experience and Qualification

• 05 - 10 years in Wires/FMEG Sales
• Bachelors degree any discipline; Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PDGM/PGP) preferred

• Wiring Accessories (Switches, switchgear), Electrical goods (Fans, Lighting, etc.), Home appliances, Kitchen appliances, Consumer goods, Paints, Tyres x
