Objective:
Develop strategies & implements plans to grow wires and FMEG categories from ground-up, drive sales across B2B & B2C segments and achieve profitable growth in wires & FMEG business
Role & responsibilities :
- Responsible for top and bottom-line delivery for assigned geography
- Responsible for driving market programs - trade schemes, influencer engagement, etc.; and
market shares
- Appointing the Distributors, and Sub Dealers/Retailers under Distributors
- Responsible for ensuring trade discipline, mix delivery and distribution metrics
- Lead territory teams and ensure market discipline, coverage norms and administration
- Build steadfast relationships with trade, influencers, contractors, channel partners ensuring
market discipline, coverage norms and administration
Coordinate with various stakeholders in supply chain and manage sales logistics
Monitor attrition and support in recruitment of Territory Managers (TM)
Identify opportunities for market growth and expansion within wires & FMEG segment
Lead business development initiatives in the region, with aim of improving Market share in Major/Key accounts
Drive the business through distributors and channel partners in the region
Identify reliable distributors and channel partners, resulting in deeper market penetration and wider market reach for wire & FMEG Products
Experience and Qualification:
05 - 10 years in Wires/FMEG Sales
Bachelor's degree - any discipline; Postgraduate in Management (MBA/PDGM/PGP) preferred
