Assistant Manager - Packaging Development

Development Activities:

• To do Packaging material analysis of Innovator /Reference / In house products
• To do lab scale packaging activities: FnD / MCD (API / KSM) batch stability - Pack type selection, Packaging material selection and combination, Change parts selection for existing change parts.
• To ensure packaging material availability for respective projects
• To ensure TT documents on time STP, GTP, MPD, PDR, Specifications, machine trial report, Product details, SAP transaction, Packing configuration
• To participate in Review 0,1,2,3 and presenting packaging details to team (FnD/Quality/Patent/ADL)
• To execute batches at plant and trouble shooting

Commercial Activities:

• To select pack based upon dossier filing / Packaging Development Report
• To do costing activities
• To select pack type based on marketing requirements
• To do feasibility check / study at receptive locations (mfg/LLM/P2P) - Machine Identification, Suitability of Machine
• To prepare KLDs (Key Line Drawings) for client based product
• To ensure smooth execution of commercial orders within stipulated timelines like EOC release, Pharmacopeal updations, Regulatory updations. Change as per plant requirements
• Site shift projects, Cost saving projects
• To do artwork proofing
• To release EOC in SAP

Secondary Activities:

• To attend vendor audits periodically and online proofing
• To prepare for future projects as required by TRC

Preferred candidate profile

candidates with qualification M.Pharm / Dip in Packaging (IIPM) with relevant experience of 10- 14 Yrs
