Job Description
Role & responsibilities
- Responsible for Account Receivable and Prepare Sales Invoices/E-invoice and E-way Bills.
- Responsible for Account Payable and Posting of Bills of Purchase and book keeping.
- TDS/TCS Timely Deposit and file Quarterly returns
- Prepare GSTR 1 & GSTR3B with GSTR2B Input Reconciliation and File timely Returns.
- Mode of Payment RTGS and Offline whenever needed.
- Reconciliation with Debtors, Creditors and Banks
- Reconciliation with Inter Company Transaction
- Handling GST Audit
- Finalizing Activities relating Balance Sheet, Profit & Loss Account and Trial Balance
- Preparation of MIS related to customer & Vendor Balance ageing wise as required by Management.
- Prepare MIS Data related with Cash inflow and Outflow and Revenue Data
