Work life balance is extremly poor. Empowerment and job security is questionable. Specialy with the employees of acquired business units. Employees feedbacks and suggestions doesn't value in the organisation. Discrimination inbetween old and new emplyees e.g. TPL1 & TPL2. Frequent changes happening in employees welfare polices by reducing benfits interms of special HR & mobilty bonus etc. Removing employess frequently as per their wish without assiging any valid reasons by calling them in Business Analysis Meeting at Ahmedabad in fornt of HR. High office politics, high mental stress due to favouritism approch by Department HOD, They play hate politics with good employees, there is no appreciation and no value of your good work, site management not interested in any changes for improvement in current system and work culture, HR management is silent in all situation and support only HODs instead of supporting good employee of organisation. Work environmet is totally irritating and frustrating just because of office politics specially in QA department.
