Work life balance is extremly poor. Empowerment and job security is questionable. Specialy with the employees of acquired business units. Employees feedbacks and suggestions doesn't value in the organisation. Discrimination inbetween old and new emplyees e.g. TPL1 & TPL2. Frequent changes happening in employees welfare polices by reducing benfits interms of special HR & mobilty bonus etc. Removing employess frequently as per their wish without assiging any valid reasons by calling them in Business Analysis Meeting at Ahmedabad in fornt of HR. Very less incentive structure vs heavy per man productivity/ROI is expected. Underpaid employees vis a vis efforts expected. Organisation don't believe in sharing profits/bonus with employees Inspite of good growth / profits Qtr on Qtr.
