Role & responsibilities

1) Track the commitment and batches on daily basis.

2) Responsible for Production Planning & scheduling of products.

3) Run MRP Planning as per demand forecast and Planning Capacity Planning.

4) Material Planning and Supply Execution as per RFC

5) Monitor the SFG and FG inventory on daily basis

6) Responsible for rough cut capacity planning

7) Analysis of production capability and material availability

8) Drive strategic projects in area of demand planning, supply planning and Inventory planning 9) Monitor Production Plan as per line loading

10) Coordinate with quality releases and other activities

11) Monitor Dispatches of BSR stock on time

12) Responsible for new product material management

13) Maintained MIS report (Actual Production Vs Plan, Excess Inventory, Inventory summary, Slow /Non-moving Inventory)

Candidate is having exposure of Semi- Solid/ formulation (Topical Drugs/Ointment/Lotion).
