Assistant Manager Legal

Designation : Assistant Manager
Location : Corporate Office, Ahmedabad

• Monitor and maintain compliance policies, procedures, and training programs. Also, ensure adherence to regulatory requirements, laws, and company policies.
• Conduct audits and risk assessments to identify compliance gaps.
• Manage and coordinate litigation, arbitration, and dispute resolution. Implement Litigation strategies.
• Collaborate with external counsel and internal stakeholders.
• Review, negotiate, and draft contracts with vendors, customers, and partners. Ensure contractual compliance and minimize legal risk.
• Provide legal advice to business teams on regulatory, compliance, and contractual matters.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment with business objectives.

Desired Candidate Profile
Qualification : LLB/LLM
Experience : Minimum 4/5 years in Legal department (preferred if worked with Pharmaceutical organization)
Required Skills :

- Strong knowledge of pharmaceutical laws, regulations, and industry standards.
- Excellent analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Ability to work independently and collaboratively.
- Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
