Role & responsibilities

• Preparation of Gap assessment report based on Development batches and considering Pre-Exhibit batch.
• Batch size calculation for Pre-exhibit batches and Exhibit batches.
• Review of Master formula record, Sampling plan and Pre-exhibit protocol and BMR for pre-exhibit batches.
• Calculation of scale up factors for different equipments to be used in product manufacturing.
• Monitoring of Pre-exhibit batch manufacturing and trouble shooting.
• Preparation of Pre-exhibit batch report and provide technical recommendation for Exhibit/ Process Validation batches.
• Preparation of Master formula record, Sampling plan for Exhibit / Process validation batches.
• Monitoring of Pre-exhibit batch manufacturing and trouble shooting.
• Review of Process validation report and provide technical recommendation for commercial validation batches and revision of Master formula record and sampling plan.
• Provide technical inputs for commercial validation batches.
