Manager - Product Marketing (Oncology & Super Specialty)

Role & responsibilities

• Prepare an annual marketing plan for the portfolio of tests including super specialty / esoteric tests
• Conduct market research to define target audience, positioning of the tests, and promotional plans
• Monitor portfolio trends including geographical, technological, competitive, and profitability aspects
• Plan and implement monthly targets and achievements for Cluster Heads, Sub Cluster Heads, Area Sales Managers, Territory Sales Managers
• Develop co-marketing opportunities for pharmaceutical products and pathology tests
• Create literature and communication materials for doctors
• Interact with doctors and organize CMEs
• Set pricing strategies for tests / panels / new product launches
• Provide training to sales team
• Develop product portfolio (unique) in line with technical requirements and effectively promote the same
• Coordinate with technical leads to create / develop technical markers
• Coordinate with various department to develop content for marketing activities
• Laise / coordinate with various stakeholders to achieve goals / objectives

Preferred candidate profile

Qualification : B. Pharma / B. Sc / B. Tech Biotechnology with MBA

Experience : 12-15 years’ experience in the Pathology / Pharma industry, including a minimum of 3 years of field experience and a minimum of 9 years of experience in handling super-specialized segments / oncology segment as a Product Manager
