Job Description

Job Overview:

We are seeking a Customer Relationship Manager to join our dynamic team. This role focuses on generating and converting leads into course enrollments. You will play a pivotal role in expanding our student base by actively engaging with prospective learners and guiding them through the admission process.


Key Responsibilities:


  • Sales Conversion:
    • Convert leads into confirmed enrollments for our IT programs and courses.
    • Meet and exceed individual sales targets and KPIs.
    • Conduct follow-ups and maintain regular communication with prospects to close admissions.

  • Consultative Sales Approach:
    • Understand the students learning goals and recommend the most appropriate courses.
    • Provide detailed information about course offerings, pricing, and schedules.

  • Customer Relationship Management:
    • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and ensure a seamless admission process.
    • Manage and update lead information in the CRM system.

  • Market Insights:
    • Keep track of industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer preferences.
    • Provide valuable feedback to the management team regarding student needs and course improvements.

  • Reporting and Performance Monitoring:
    • Regularly update management on sales progress, lead conversions, and other key metrics.


  • Skills:
    • Strong communication and negotiation skills.
    • Ability to build relationships and close deals effectively.
    • Goal-oriented with a strong focus on achieving sales targets.
    • Familiarity with CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce, Zoho) for tracking leads and performance.
    • Knowledge of the EdTech industry and the specific challenges in promoting IT courses is a plus.

  • Personal Traits:
    • Self-motivated and target-driven.
    • Excellent time management and organizational skills.
    • A consultative and student-focused sales approach.
