The role

We are looking for an experienced Officer Accounts to join our Finance and Accounts function based in Chennai.

As the Officer Accounts, you will:

1. Will be responsible for accounting and payment processes tasks,

2. Keeping track of all payments and cost, PO/Non PO, invoices, GL account & vendor reconciliation and ensuring timely payments as per payment terms

3. Ensure timely, accurate month-end closing and reporting

4. Responding Staff and vendor enquiries

5. Continuing to improve the payment process

6. Auditor support for internal & External.
