Togwe Private Limited is currently seeking a Senior Digital Marketing Manager.

Job Summary

We are seeking an experienced and results-driven Senior Manager of Digital Marketing to lead

and optimize our digital marketing initiatives

The ideal candidate will be responsible for

developing, implementing, and managing marketing campaigns that promote our brand,

products, and services

This role will oversee all digital channels, including SEO, PPC, social

media, email marketing, and content strategy, to drive customer acquisition, engagement, and

retention.

Key Responsibilities

Strategic Planning & Execution

Develop and implement comprehensive digital marketing strategies that align

with business goals.

Drive revenue growth and enhance brand visibility through integrated digital

campaigns.

Set, monitor, and report on performance metrics, optimizing campaigns to

achieve desired results.

Channel Management

Oversee the management of all digital marketing channels including website,

SEO, SEM, social media, email marketing, and affiliate marketing.

Lead the content marketing strategy, ensuring content aligns with audience

needs and business objectives.

Team Leadership

Manage, mentor, and motivate a team of digital marketing professionals.

Foster collaboration across different teams, including creative, sales, and product

teams, to ensure cohesive campaign execution.

Budget Management

Develop and manage the digital marketing budget, ensuring all campaigns are

cost-effective and efficient.

Allocate and manage resources across digital marketing initiatives.

Performance Analysis & Optimization

Analyze and evaluate end-to-end customer experience across multiple channels

and touchpoints.

Utilize tools such as Google Analytics to assess performance metrics and adjust

strategies as needed.

Conduct A/B testing to optimize landing pages, email campaigns, and ad

creatives.

Stakeholder Management

Work closely with senior management to communicate marketing plans,

performance updates, and ROI.

Coordinate with external vendors and partners to manage outsourced digital

marketing activities.

Market & Trend Analysis

Stay up to date with the latest industry trends, technologies, and best practices in

digital marketing.

Conduct competitive analysis and provide insights to differentiate our offerings.

Key Skills & Qualifications

Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business, or a related field; MBA preferred.

8+ years of experience in digital marketing, with at least 3 years in a managerial role.

Proven track record of managing successful digital campaigns across multiple platforms.

Strong expertise in SEO, SEM, PPC, social media, email marketing, and content

marketing.

Hands-on experience with tools such as Google Analytics, SEMrush, HubSpot, or similar

platforms.

Excellent leadership skills with a proven ability to manage and inspire a team.

Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.

Exceptional communication and presentation skills.

Preferred Experience

Experience in a related industry [e.g., gaming, tech, or B2B/B2C sectors].

Certification in Google Ads, Facebook Blueprint, or similar platforms.
