Digital Marketing Manager

WHAT YOULL DO

• Lead and manage all digital marketing efforts across multiple channels, including SEO, social media, performance marketing, and search engine marketing.
• Develop and implement digital strategies that drive results, ensuring alignment with overall business goals.
• Oversee the creation and execution of social media content calendars, ensuring consistent messaging and brand presence.
• Manage and optimize campaigns across various digital platforms (social media, search engines, email, etc.), ensuring maximum ROI and engagement.
• Take full responsibility for the company’s online presence, driving improvements across all digital touchpoints.
• Stay up-to-date with trends, tools, and technologies in digital marketing to continually innovate and enhance strategies.
• Lead a team of marketing professionals, guiding and mentoring them to work independently and achieve high-quality standards.
• Provide actionable insights and recommendations based on performance data to improve digital marketing efforts.
• Collaborate with the team to integrate digital marketing tools into business pitches and strategies for impactful outcomes.
• Manage multiple digital initiatives simultaneously, ensuring timely execution and alignment with overall goals.
• Develop and maintain strong internal communication to ensure alignment across teams and effective execution of strategies.

WHAT YOU BRING TO THE TABLE

• Graduate/Postgraduate degree in Business, Marketing, Digital Marketing, or a related field.
• 5 to 8 years of proven experience in digital marketing, with expertise in SEO, social media, performance marketing, and search engine marketing.
• Hands-on experience across the full digital marketing spectrum, with the ability to handle all aspects of digital strategy and execution.
• Strong team management skills with the ability to guide, mentor, and empower others.
• Exceptional communication and organizational skills, with a keen eye for detail.
• Proficiency in digital marketing tools such as Buffer, HootSuite, Google Analytics, and others.
• Ability to balance strategic thinking with hands-on execution to deliver results.
• A proactive mindset with the ability to handle multiple projects and meet deadlines.
• Strong problem-solving skills and the ability to adapt to a fast-paced digital landscape.
