Job Description
- Develop, implement and lead Digital Marketing Communications Strategy
- Manage and nurture Digital accounts with a focus on achieving Digital Marketing and business objectives
- Manage and oversee Social Media channels to promote a strong reputation and attract new prospects
- Manage and optimize Digital Marketing campaigns across various platforms (e.g., social media, email)
- Determine client needs and strengthen client relationships through effective communication, strategy development and results-driven digital campaigns
- Oversee the client s online presence and identify areas of improvement
- Develop relationships with key influencers within clients companies
- Participate in client meetings, presentations and communications
- Oversee the performance of all Digital Marketing channels and propose optimization tactics to ensure marketing ROI and KPIs are met, thus maximizing the available budget
- Analyse Digital campaign performance data, provide insights and make recommendations for improvement
- Embed Digital Marketing communication tools in business development pitches and presentations,
- assemble the pitch team and strategize for proposals
- Oversee daily work of a team and mentor them to work independently and deliver to the highest standards
- Share regular status updates and present them to the Leadership Team
- Stay up-to-date with Digital Marketing tools, trends, and emerging technologies, and identify
- opportunities to leverage them for success
- Graduate/Post Graduate degree in Business/Marketing/Digital Marketing or related field
- Proven experience of minimum 5 years in Digital Marketing Account Management
- Hands-on experience in handling team
- Excellent communication skills both verbal and written
- Excellent presentation skills
- Good knowledge of SEO, ORM and content creation
- Proficient in Digital Marketing tools, such as Buffer, HootSuite, and Google Analytics
- Strong understanding of Digital Marketing principles, platforms and strategies
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational skills
- Ability to manage and supervise a diverse group of employees and simultaneously work towards many company initiatives under stringent timelines
