Job Description:

We are seeking a motivated and results-driven Domestic IT Recruiter to join our dynamic HR team. The ideal candidate should have hands on experience in sourcing, screening, and hiring top IT talent within the domestic market. You will play a critical role in identifying and attracting skilled professionals to meet the organization's technical staffing needs.

Key Responsibilities:

• Talent Acquisition: Source, screen, and shortlist candidates for IT roles using various platforms such as job portals, social media, and networking events.
• End-to-End Recruitment: Manage the recruitment lifecycle, including job postings, resume screening, interviews, salary negotiation, and offer rollouts.
• Educational Background: Bachelors degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Experience: Hands on Experience on SAP Hiring would be an added advantage.
• Sourcing Expertise: Proficiency in using job boards, LinkedIn Recruiter, and other recruitment tools.
• Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication, with strong interpersonal skills.
• Problem-Solving: Ability to assess candidate suitability and resolve hiring challenges effectively.
• Time Management: Skilled in prioritizing tasks and meeting recruitment deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
