Walk-in Drive For Trained GEN-AI Freshers

Roles and Responsibilities:

1. AI/ML Core:
a. NLP & LLMs: Understanding of Natural Language Processing (NLP) concepts and Large Language Models (LLMs).
b. Programming: Proficiency in Python, familiarity with JavaScript a plus.
2. Cloud Computing: Basic understanding of cloud platforms (GCP, Azure, AWS).
3. Data Engineering: Familiarity with data handling, cleaning, and transformation.
4. API Integration: Knowledge of APIs and their integration into applications.
5. Communication & Collaboration: Excellent written and verbal communication, strong teamwork.

Must Haves:
1. Big Data Expertise: Proven experience working with big data technologies such as PySpark, Hadoop, or other relevant tools.
2. End-to-End ML Workflow: Demonstrated ability to build and deploy complete machine learning workflows, from data ingestion and preprocessing to model training, evaluation, and deployment.
3. RAG Knowledge (Beneficial): Familiarity with Retrieval-Augmented Generation techniques and their applications in LLM-powered systems would be a strong advantage.
