Candidate Experience: Serve as a point of contact for candidates throughout the recruitment process. Provide timely and professional communication to candidates, responding to inquiries, providing updates, and ensuring a positive candidate experience at every touchpoint. Collect feedback from candidates to identify areas for improvement and enhance the overall candidate experience. Interview Support: Coordinate interview schedules, reserve interview rooms, and arrange necessary resources. Provide candidates with interview details, including logistics, interviewers information, and interview formats. Ensure a smooth interview experience for candidates by addressing any questions or concerns. Employer Branding: Support employer branding initiatives by ensuring a positive and consistent candidate experience. Contribute to the development of recruitment marketing materials, such as job descriptions, job advertisements, and company profiles. Compliance and Documentation: Stay updated on relevant employment laws, regulations, and compliance requirements. Ensure recruitment processes align with legal and ethical standards. Maintain accurate and organized recruitment
documentation, including candidate records, consent forms, and recruitment-related communications. (Requirements) 3+ years experience as a Recruitment Coordinator, Candidate Experience Specialist, or a similar role within a recruitment team. Familiarity with Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and other Interview Scheduling Tools (e.g. GoodTime) Proven ability on handling virtual interview platforms (e.g. Zoom) Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines. Strong attention to detail and accuracy in data management with an ability to handle confidential information. Excellent communication skills both written and verbal, with a focus on providing a positive candidate experience and an ability to engage with a wide variety of stakeholders. Customer service mindset with a commitment to delivering exceptional service to candidates and internal stakeholders. Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build relationships with candidates, recruiters, and hiring managers. Understanding of employment laws, regulations, and best practices related to recruitment and candidate management..
