• Drive end-to-end recruitment for various roles across multiple departments.
• Collaborate with hiring managers to define job requirements and recruitment strategies.
• Source, screen, and engage with potential candidates through platforms such as LinkedIn, job boards, and networks.
• Conduct interviews, assess candidate qualifications, and manage the hiring process.
• Ensure a seamless and positive experience for candidates throughout their recruitment journey.
• Build and maintain a strong pipeline of qualified talent for future hiring needs.

💡 Skills & Qualifications:

• 4-10 years of experience in talent acquisition or recruitment, preferably in a fast-paced environment.
• Looking from candidates from Retail, FMCG, Internet / E-commerce industry only.
• Proficient in using sourcing tools and recruitment platforms (LinkedIn Recruiter, job boards, etc.).
• Strong interpersonal, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Ability to work independently and manage multiple hiring processes simultaneously.
• Experience in hiring for diverse roles across various functions.
