Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process for various positions across retail stores.
  
• Conduct bulk hiring, mass hiring, lateral hiring, screening, background verification, onboarding, and retail HR activities.
  
• Ensure timely filling of open positions through effective sourcing strategies.
  
• Coordinate with store managers to understand their staffing requirements and provide solutions.
  
• Maintain accurate records of candidate applications, interviews, and offers made.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 3-6 years of experience in recruitment or related field (retail industry preferred).
  
• Strong understanding of Indian labor laws and regulations regarding employee relations.
  
• Excellent communication skills with ability to handle multiple stakeholders effectively.
  
• Proficiency in MS Office Suite (Word, Excel) with knowledge of ATS systems an added advantage.
