Commercial Helpdesk Executive

The role is responsible for supporting the stores teams for 5 days in a week for all commercial helpdesk

approvals & system configurations. Will get off for 2 days except weekends

Job Responsibilities:

• Respond to user/store inquiries via phone, email, or chat and provide timely resolutions to technical, policy

related concerns.

• Log and track support requests in the helpdesk ticketing system. Prioritize and escalate issues as needed.
• System Based Approvals: -
• Process approvals for advance/customer order cancellations, partial order cancellations, and gold rate

password, ADJ, Loan & PSV configuration etc.

• Validate gift cards and handle suspended order activations in the New Age POSS system.
• Manage credit note transfers and update necessary configurations in system platforms.
• Boutique GHS Refund documents verification & reprocessing, GHS ID proof verification, Instant refund approval
• PSR file upload, Stale cheque update, RO redemption approval, Docket details update.
• Provide guidance and training to users
