Retail Project Manager

Job Requirements

Working closely with the Design teams, Retail teams, external agencies like architects, contractors, vendors, laborers etc to deliver a world class retail showroom for our premium Brands

 - To closely monitor and oversee every assigned retail fit out project across India 

- Planning & scheduling of activities required to be undertaken to complete the project within constraints of Costs & Times. - Compliance to Statutory, Safety & other requirements. 

- Ensuring compliance to specifications with regard to materials, workmanship, finishes etc by the contractors/ franchisees - To serve as a single point of contact for all matters pertaining to the fit-out works for RND business development, projects, brand, retail operations group

Work Experience

- BE  in Civil Engineering with 3– 4 yrs of experience in executing retail projects. 

- Exposure to interior works for Luxury/premium brand will be an added advantage 

- Computer skills MS Office, Auto CADD desirable 

- Good interpersonal and analytical skills 

- Willingness to travel
