Roles and Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries and concerns at the counter, ensuring excellent communication skills.
  
• Manage showroom sales, including upselling and cross-selling products to increase revenue.
  
• Provide exceptional customer service by understanding their needs and preferences.
  
• Maintain a high level of product knowledge to provide expert advice on luxury apparels.
  
• Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 1-6 years of experience in retail sales or related field (apparel industry preferred).
  
• Strong counter sales, luxury sales, and showroom sales skills.

• Minimum education required is 12th pass
  
• Excellent communication skills for effective customer handling.
  
• Ability to work well under pressure in a fast-paced environment.
