Tanishq, one of India's most trusted and renowned jewellery brands, is seeking a skilled Karigar (Jewellery Craftsman) to join our team. The Karigar will play a key role in crafting high-quality, intricate jewellery pieces that align with our brands standards of excellence and innovation.

Key Responsibilities:

• Handcrafting jewellery with precision, including gold, silver, and precious gemstones.
• Working with detailed designs and drawings, transforming them into finished products.
• Ensuring the quality of all pieces, focusing on craftsmanship, finish, and design details.
• Maintaining consistency in design and adhering to Tanishq’s quality standards.
• Repairing and restoring jewellery pieces as needed.
• Collaborating with the design and production teams to meet production targets and deadlines.
• Following safety and hygiene guidelines while working with tools and materials.
• Keeping up-to-date with industry trends and techniques to improve craft skills.

Qualifications and Skills:

• Proven experience as a Karigar or Jewellery Craftsman, preferably in a reputed brand.
• Expertise in working with gold, silver, and precious stones.
• Strong attention to detail and passion for creating high-quality jewellery.
• Ability to work with various tools and machinery used in jewellery making.
• Good communication skills and the ability to work in a team.
• Knowledge of safety protocols and industry standards.
• Creative mindset with a focus on both traditional and modern designs.

Preferred:

• Certification in jewellery design or craftsmanship.
• Experience with intricate or customized jewellery work.
