Roles and Responsibilities

• Conduct eye exams to diagnose vision problems and prescribe corrective lenses or other treatments as needed.
  
• Dispense glasses, contact lenses, or other optical products based on prescriptions.
  
• Perform refractions to determine the correct prescription for each patient's eyes.
  
• Provide patients with guidance on proper use and care of their new glasses or contacts.
  
• Maintain accurate records of patient examinations, including test results and treatment plans.
  

Desired Candidate Profile

• 0-5 years of experience in optometry or related field.
  
• B.Sc / Diploma in Optometry from a recognized institution.
  
• Strong knowledge of dispensing, optics, refraction, vision science, and contact lens fitting techniques.
