Job Description
JOB DESCRIPTION
Position Objective:
This position will play a crucial role in supporting the business by being a liaison between internal teams and the vendor.
The person would be in charge of vendor on-boarding, purchase order release and timely invoice settlements for all vendors of the
Executive Education vertical.
The person in this role will need to be a self-starter with very high energy levels and the ability to adapt to internal processes and
systems. The ideal candidate will have to demonstrate relationship skills, and the ability to think and act on their feet.
Role Responsibilities:
- Will be the liaison between internal user departments, finance and vendor
- Raising Purchase request (PR) in CartDx portal and processing budget shift request
- Follow up for PR approvals & POs.
- Weekly report submission
- Follow up with vendors/user teams for invoices and supporting where in services are completed
- Backend working of Social Media invoices, uploading invoices on partner portal & processing them on PartnerDx
- Responsible for affiliate invoice booking, GRN in PartnerDx portal & queries from accounts payable team.
- Maintenance of Invoice tracker, Settlement of advance tracker
- Assisting in creating monthly provision
- Ensuring vendor registrations in SAP and amendments, if anys
- Ensuring vendor payouts in a timely manner
- Prepare budgeted Profit and Loss (P&L) statements.
- Create detailed cost sheets.
- Ensure revenue recognition is accurate
- Review contracts to ensure proper revenue recognition and maintain necessary documentation.
- Analyse variances between budgeted and actual P&L, costs, and revenue.
- Identify the causes of variances and collaborate with departments to resolve discrepancies.
- Present variance analysis reports to senior management with recommendations for corrective actions.
- Collaborate with Operations, Sales, and Marketing teams to gather data for financial analysis.
- Supporting in monthly closing of books w.r.t. cost line items and making an expense MIS for the same

EXPERTISE AND QUALIFICATIONS
Desired experience and skillsets
Prior experience in handling similar role
Good at excel.
Strong communication & stakeholder management
knowledge of SAP, P2P process, MIS and presentation skills
