As a Resource person, one will play a pivotal role in sourcing and deploying exceptional talent for our clients short-term consulting needs, as well as identifying and engaging trainers for bespoke training requirements. This position demands a proactive approach, exceptional negotiation skills, and a deep understanding of IT products to effectively match the right talent with the right opportunity.

Talent Acquisition: Proactively search and shortlist candidates for consulting assignments, utilizing various platforms and our in-house portal to meet client requirements efficiently.
Trainer Engagement: Identify and engage with industry-leading trainers to fulfill the training needs shared by clients, ensuring content relevancy and quality delivery.
Client Coordination: Act as the primary liaison between clients and consultants/trainers, managing expectations and ensuring smooth project initiations.
Negotiation: Skillfully negotiate terms with consultants, trainers, and clients to ensure competitive pricing and adherence to budget constraints.
Portal Management: Efficiently manage our talent sourcing portal, ensuring accurate and timely updates of candidate profiles, availability, and skill sets.
Operational Excellence: Oversee the operational aspects of assignments, from initiation to completion, ensuring compliance with contractual obligations and client satisfaction.
Market Analysis: Keep abreast of the latest trends in IT products and training methodologies to continuously improve our service offerings.
