Position Summary: We are seeking an experienced Online Event / Webinar Manager to join our dynamic team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for planning, organizing, and executing virtual events and webinars that enhance our content delivery and engagement with our audience. This role requires excellent organizational skills, strong attention to detail, and the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
Key Responsibilities:
1. Event Planning and Coordination:
o Sourcing industry experts aligning with TimesPro objective to deliver sessions for working professionals.
o Plan, organize, and execute high-quality online corporate events and webinars.
o Develop and manage event timelines, budgets, and logistics.
o Coordinate with internal teams, speakers, and external vendors to ensure seamless event execution.
2. Content Development:
o Collaborate with content team to ensure the content is converted into usable snippets for use.
o marketing and content teams to develop engaging event agendas and presentation materials.
o Ensure content is relevant, engaging, and aligns with the company s strategic objectives.
3. Technology Management:
o Select and manage webinar platforms and other virtual event technologies.
o Ensure all technical aspects of the event are set up and functioning properly.
o Provide technical support to speakers and attendees as needed.
4. Audience Engagement:
o Develop strategies to enhance attendee engagement and interaction during events.
o Manage Q&A sessions, polls, and other interactive elements.
o Collect and analyze attendee feedback to continuously improve event experiences.
5. Post-Event Activities:
o Conduct post-event evaluations to assess event success and identify areas for improvement.
o Create and distribute post-event reports to stakeholders.
o Follow up with leads and attendees to nurture relationships and drive business opportunities.
Job Requirement
1. Minimum Qualifications:
(a) Bachelor s degree in management (Master s is preferred) from a recognized University
2. Years of Experience : 5-7 years
3. Key requirements:
(a) Proficiency in MS Office Tools - Excel, Word, PPT
(b) Excellent research, data analysis and articulation skills
(c) Exceptional written communication skill
(d) Ability to communicate and stay engaged with CXO Speakers
