As the Lead for Activation at MetaShot, you will play a key role in supporting and contributing towards brand building activities. You will play a critical role in managing the operations of the activation department. This includes detailed planning, scheduling and execution of events and MetaShot experience centres, coordinating with vendors and suppliers, managing logistics, and ensuring that all brand activations run seamlessly .
Responsibilities:
Manage execution of event logistics to support project plans.
Help create onground user interactions and engagements.
Coordinate with vendors and suppliers to ensure that all necessary materials and services are secured on time and within budget
Manage takeover and handover of venues.
Collaborate with internal teams to develop strategies for activation.
What we are looking for :
Minimum 2 years of experience in event management or a similar role.
Language skills: Fluency in English and regional language fluency will be preferred
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English
Outstanding organisational and time management skills.
Experience of proven, hands-on event planning and logistics management
Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
Proactive enough to solve problems and make strong decisions.
Ability to multitask and prioritise effectively
Ability to manage the event calendar and organising and managing logistics for activations.
