- Monitor and manage the brands online presence across social media, review platforms, forums, and other digital channels.
- Respond promptly and professionally to customer queries, complaints, and reviews on all platforms.
- Escalate critical issues to the appropriate internal teams and ensure timely resolution.
- Analyze customer feedback and prepare reports to identify trends and actionable insights.
- Develop and implement strategies to enhance the brands online reputation.
- Coordinate with content, design, and marketing teams to create responses aligned with the brand voice and values.
- Stay updated on industry trends, tools, and best practices in online reputation management.
Job Requirement
- Bachelors degree in marketing, Communications, or a related field is a plus.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Proficient in using ORM tools like Google Alerts, Brand24, Sprinklr, or similar platforms.
- Well-versed with Review platform dashboards
- Basic understanding of social media platforms and their dynamics.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize, and handle stressful situations with professionalism.
- Analytical mindset with attention to detail.
