ORM Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and proactive Online Reputation Management (ORM) Specialist to oversee and enhance our brands online presence and public perception. The ORM Specialist will monitor, analyze, and address customer feedback, reviews, and online sentiment to maintain a positive image for the organization. This role requires a strategic thinker with strong communication and digital marketing skills to manage crises, mitigate risks, and promote the brands reputation effectively.

Key Responsibilities

• Track online conversations, reviews, and brand mentions across social media, blogs, forums, and review platforms
• Use ORM tools (e.g., Google Alerts, Brandwatch, Hootsuite) to gather insights and generate reports on public sentiment and trends.
• Respond promptly and professionally to negative feedback, misinformation, or crises.
• Collaborate with the marketing team to produce engaging content (articles, press releases, videos) that promotes a positive brand image
•  Manage interactions with customers, stakeholders, and online communities to foster goodwill and loyalty
•  Suppress or counteract negative content by promoting favorable reviews, testimonials, and success stories.

Required Skills and Qualifications:

• Bachelors degree in Marketing, Communications, Public Relations, or a related field.
• 1-3 years of experience in online reputation management, digital marketing, or public relations.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Proficiency in ORM tools, SEO, and social media management platforms.
•  Analytical mindset with the ability to interpret data and develop actionable insights
• Problem-solving skills and the ability to remain calm under pressure.
•  Knowledge of digital trends, public relations strategies, and content marketing.
