- 5+ yrs of exp in B2B/B2C sales, preferably in the construction or related industry.
- Modular construction, precast technology, or real estate/property development.
- Recruit and onboard their team members.
- Closing/finalizing deals and achieving sales targets.
- CRM systems and tools for tracking sales performance.
- Fluency in Kannada is required, preferably as a native speaker from Karnataka.
