Job Title: Salesperson with Administrative Duties

Job Summary:

We are seeking a proactive and results-driven Salesperson with 1-3 years of experience to join our team in Gandhinagar, Gujarat. This role combines sales responsibilities with administrative duties to support business operations effectively. The ideal candidate will possess excellent communication skills, a strong customer-oriented approach, and the ability to manage administrative tasks efficiently.

Key Responsibilities:

Sales Duties:

- Identify and engage with potential clients to generate leads.

- Develop and maintain strong customer relationships.

- Conduct sales presentations, product demonstrations, and client meetings.

- Achieve sales targets and contribute to the overall business growth.

- Maintain accurate records of sales activities and client interactions.

- Collaborate with the marketing team to execute promotional campaigns.

- Provide excellent post-sales support to ensure client satisfaction.

Administrative Duties:

- Manage and organize sales documentation, contracts, and invoices.

- Maintain client databases and update CRM systems.

- Prepare sales reports, performance analysis, and forecasts.

- Assist with scheduling client meetings, follow-ups, and appointments.

- Coordinate internal communication between departments to ensure smooth operations.

- Support general office administrative tasks as needed.

Qualifications and Skills:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field.

- 1-3 years of experience in sales, preferably in a B2B or B2C environment.

- Strong interpersonal and communication skills.

- Proficiency in MS Office and CRM software.

- Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks effectively.

- Self-motivated, goal-oriented, and capable of working independently.
