About the Role:.
- We are seeking a Partnerships Manager to drive the growth of our Loan Against Securities in PCS.
- The primary responsibility of this role is to identify, develop, and manage strategic partnerships with financial institutions, wealth management firms, brokers, and other relevant stakeholders to expand and promote our loan offerings.
- The Partnerships Manager will be focused on Sales & Revenue Generation by offering loans on Securities , ensuring seamless integration, and building long-term relationships with partners(DSA,BANKS and other financial Institutions) that help drive business growth.
- This role requires a mix of business development, and relationship management skills.
- The ideal candidate will possess a strong understanding of the financial sector and have experience in partnership development, especially in the loan on securities space.
Key Responsibilities:.
- Identify, onboard, and maintain strategic partnerships with banks, wealth management firms, brokers, financial advisors, DSAs, FOS, and other stakeholders to promote Loan on Securities and drive revenue growth.
- Drive lead generation efforts through DSAs, FOS teams, and financial institutions.
- Develop strategies to capture and convert leads, ensuring a steady pipeline of potential clients for the Loan Against Securities.
- Focus on creating new revenue streams by leveraging partnerships for business generation.
- Develop targeted campaigns with DSAs, FOS, and calling teams to promote loan products and close sales effectively.
- Lead negotiations with potential partners, structure deals, and collaborate with legal teams to finalize agreements that align with Tide's business objectives and comply with regulations.
- Monitor industry trends, competitor offerings, and customer needs in the loan and securities markets.
- Use insights to refine product offerings and enhance partnership strategies.
- Track partnership performance, analyze financial outcomes, and provide detailed reports on business impact, progress, and potential areas for improvement to senior management.
WHO WILL BE A GREAT FIT:.
- 6 to 10 years of experience in partnership management, business development, or sales, preferably in financial services, fintech, or wealth management industries.
- Strong track record in building and maintaining strategic partnerships with financial institutions, DSAs, and other partners.
