Non-IT Recruiter

Job Summary: The Non-IT Recruiter will be responsible for managing the full recruitment cycle for non-technical positions within the company. This includes sourcing, screening, interviewing, and hiring candidates for roles in departments such as marketing, sales, finance, human resources, and more.

Key Responsibilities:

• Collaborate with hiring managers to understand job requirements and develop effective recruitment strategies.
• Source candidates through various channels, including job boards, social media, and employee referrals.
• Screen resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates.
• Conduct initial phone screens and in-person interviews to assess candidate suitability.
• Coordinate and schedule interviews with hiring managers and candidates.
• Manage the candidate experience, ensuring timely communication and feedback.
• Maintain and update the applicant tracking system (ATS) with candidate information and recruitment activity.
• Develop and maintain a pipeline of potential candidates for future openings.
• Assist in the development and implementation of employer branding initiatives.
• Stay updated on industry trends and best practices in recruitment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience as a recruiter, preferably in non-IT roles.
• Strong understanding of recruitment processes and techniques.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Proficiency in using applicant tracking systems (ATS) and other recruitment tools.
• Strong organizational and time management skills.
• High level of professionalism and confidentiality.
