Education Qualification: Diploma/BE/B. Tech (Mechanical)
Base Location- Pune

Job Description:

• Measurement of support rollers concentricity/circularity, shaft deflection
• Inspection of Kiln/trouble shooting, adjustment & do actual kiln alignment
• Diameter measurement of support rollers & tyres.
• Ovality measurement of kiln shell.
• Tyre runout measurement.
• Kiln shell profile measurement.
• Support roller inclination, axis measurement & other measurement.
• Temperature profile of kiln shell.
• Kiln girth gear- Root Clearance, Backlash & Axial run-out measurement and adjustments.
• Check for Kiln crank condition
• Kiln Migration and shimming of Tyre.
• Inspection of Kiln Inlet & outlet seals and carry out adjustments.
• Generating detailed report, highlighting all measurement, analysis & observations findings with hands on experience working on required software.
• Discussion of report with Client along with recommendation & providing basic training to plant engineers.
• Candidate having experience in other Cement machinery maintenance / trouble shooting will be added advantage.

Job involves frequent travelling to sites in India and candidate should have flair in dealing with Client with good service support and effective coordination with Client sites & HO for timely execution of assignment.
