Role & responsibilities

• We are looking Boiler detail engineering to work as a team of task force team executing large projects having multiple CFBC or Oil & Gas fired Boilers with auxiliaries on turnkey basis
• Anchoring post order detail engineering of the Boiler package and its auxiliaries
• Preparing Boiler GA drawings including boiler auxiliaries, structural drawings, ducting drawings, etc
• Structure sizing using Staad software and optimizing the BOQ.
• Pressure part calculations and preparing IBR documents
• Preparing specifications for bought items and review of vendor drawings.
• Ensure seamless interface engineering between various discipline-engineering departments viz., process engineering, civil engineering and manufacturing shop / sub-contracting departments.
• Interact with Client and their consultant to resolve technical queries and obtain their approvals
• Participate in internal project review meetings and work toward removing bottle legs in the execution.
• Visit site on need basis in trouble shooting exercise and meet the project goals.

Preferred candidate profile

• Proven hands-on experience as Boiler detail engineering person in Boiler Industry,
• Minimum 6 to 8 years experience in Engineering, especially in Coal and / or Oil & Gas fired Boilers
• In-depth understanding of all engineering disciplines.
• Excellent organizational and time-management skills
• A team player with leadership abilities
• Graduate engineering in Mechanical engineering. MTech will be an added advantage.
