Required Qualification – Preferably pharma background (B. Pharm/ D pharm/ M pharm) or Graduate with relevant experience in pharmacy (Hospital or other)/ procurement dept.

Preferred Skills – Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Power point)

Effective communication skills, Team work, interdepartmental coordination

Job overview – To perform product related primary research, collect and organize information accurately in the desired formats as well as database. To turn collected information into actionable knowledge and ensure its availability as per requirements.

Responsibilities and Duties:

• Perform primary data research as per requirement. Collect data from authentic sources for further use and dissemination. Organize the collected data in desired formats for further use and applicability including integration with respective fields in database.
• Review the information received in code requests. Create codes timely and accurately by following the defined nomenclature and product key.
• Maintain existing product catalogue & ensure data hygiene. Clean the existing data and update the information in-house software as instructed (Prior training will be provided).
• Map the products from external data source with the existing internal database for further application and help the team leads in creating reports.
• Work on product rate contracts. Correct product identification, timely upload in software with all details & further revisions/ maintenance as & when requested.
• Work on client purchase data for meaningful insights & pre-sales business pitch.
• To perform any other data or operations related work as and when required.
