Role Overview:

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Finance Manager with 2-4 years of experience to join our growing team in Jaipur. The ideal candidate will play a crucial role in managing financial operations, ensuring compliance, and driving financial efficiency across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

- Financial Planning & Analysis: Develop, monitor, and analyze budgets and forecasts. Perform variance analysis and provide actionable insights to improve financial performance.

- Accounting & Compliance: Oversee daily accounting operations, including bookkeeping, accounts payable/receivable, and reconciliations. Ensure compliance with statutory regulations and timely filing of tax returns (GST, TDS, etc.).

- Cash Flow Management: Manage and monitor cash flow to ensure operational efficiency. Optimize working capital and maintain accurate financial records.

- Reporting: Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports for stakeholders. Collaborate with management to develop financial strategies and reports to aid decision-making.

- Audits: Coordinate internal and external audits. Implement recommendations to strengthen internal controls and ensure financial integrity.

Qualifications & Skills:

Educational Background: Bachelor's degree in Finance, Accounting, or a related field. CA, CMA, or MBA (Finance) will be an added advantage.

Experience: 2-4 years of experience in finance or accounting roles, preferably in the travel, e-commerce, or tech industry.

Technical Proficiency:

- Strong knowledge of accounting principles and financial regulations.

- Proficiency in accounting software (Tally, QuickBooks, etc.) and MS Excel.

Soft Skills:

- Analytical mindset with excellent problem-solving skills.

- Strong communication and interpersonal abilities.

- Ability to work independently and manage multiple priorities effectively.
